Rooms were very pretty and clean with a laundry machine, 2 toilets plus 2 modern bathrooms, liked to be here. Overall the staff was nice here.

Incredible base for travelling to Venice and sightseeing. Great location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a Baroque marble palace. Close to plenty of restaurants as well as Venice for by vaporetto or walking. Warm welcome from owner. Good price, met the demands. Lagoon Apartment in Venice served as an amazing hub for exploring the city. The location was superb, within walking distance to a Baroque marble palace and surrounded by numerous dining options. We received a warm welcome from the owner upon arrival. , the pricing was competitive and easily accommodated our needs. It provided a great experience and made our trip to Venice enjoyable.

Typical and big apartment with location really close to main transport routes. Strategic setting, views of city. Helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

Staff is very helpful and nice. The rooms are huge, there is a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron etc. It opens out onto city. The venue has secure and strategic setting very close to the Trainstation in a quiet area...

Our stay at this apartment was mind-blowing! The space was incredibly spacious, with jaw-dropping amenities like a laundry room and a second bathroom. The location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the railway and bus stations. And even though Google maps couldn't locate the place, the owner, Fabiano, was so helpful and provided an amazing hand-drawn map. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the quiet location away from the busy streets of the city made for a peaceful stay. Fabiano also gave us fantastic recommendations for authentic restaurants outside the touristy areas. we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again in the future!

The property was close to all transport, Ferries and Trains. It was nice and quiet and had two bathrooms, which is a bonus for a family of 5. the apartment was very family-friendly and had everything we needed. It was also conveniently located near restaurants. Fabiano and Manuela were very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to find the apartment.

Plenty of space in the apartment with laundry and a second bathroom - very convenient for a romantic escape. the location was excellent, with quick access to transportation options and nearby amenities. the friendly host provided a helpful hand-drawn map to navigate the area, which made exploring much easier.

The kitchen had only badly scratched Teflon pans to cook with, which was disappointing. the lack of proper lighting in some areas, along with the need to navigate dark and isolated alleys, could be uncomfortable for solo female travelers.

Always choose Lagoon Apartment. No regrets. Staff helped with currency tips at first stay. Perfect for me. Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, AC, paid shuttle, flat-screen TV. Golf course, cots, wheelchair access. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for trip.

Our Christmas stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent tips on where to eat. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and in a quiet and safe area. We were able to explore all the sights of the city easily. Plus, the apartment had everything we needed, including a washer and a well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor downsides. The sofa bed was a bit hard, and the kids found it uncomfortable to sleep on.

We got great value for our money at Lagoon! The apartment was spacious, had a loft with an extra bed, and even a fridge and washer. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, and the neighborhood was quiet. Fabiano, the host, was friendly and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations for our first night in Italy.

The only thing that could have been better was the menu for breakfast.
